We have a project delivery team that will assist you during the project. We always deliver a fully functioning solution to you with automatic updates of products and Icecat content. You may need to do some front-end implementation of the data we deliver on your side. Also, 4 hours of additional support yearly are part of the contract. From our experience, you rarely need more hours than that.
Which access do you need to install the connector?

Yes, with the additional module called Icecat Connect.
How often can I get supplier’s stock and pricing updates?
We import supplier’s updates as many times a day as needed. As soon as there are updates/changes in the Supplier’s feed, you will receive updates in your Magento shop with the next import.
